Courting death

Sigh, I can't wait till the end of February when I'll go to Niigata for skiing! Being really bad at sports, I don't know what state I'll be in upon my return. I can't even ice-skate or roller blade properly. Still, I can't wait to put on my skiing gear & tumble down the slope! I wonder if skiing is considered an extreme sport. Because I've never done anything like that. Things that I would really like to try but haven't done are skiing, diving & paragliding (love heights!).
